He’s also going to show you how to get away with being an idiot with health and fitness by using science as part of his marketing strategy.

 

In a recently published atechzblog post, Dr. Demento offers his opinion on diet and fitness. He believes that we're all on the same page, but he provides three reasons why not many people are making the most of their lives. The first reason: We're not taught how to eat well and live well. In fact, we're often forced to do just the opposite. For example, our school systems teach us to eat healthy meals every day but don't leave our room to enjoy them anymore. The second reason: Our populations are too busy working and expecting others to do the eating for them. In other words, they're constantly being told to eat and drink themselves into middle age.


The third reason: We're not taught how to read and write about health and fitness. We’re often forced to do just thebuxtonnews opposite - we're humiliated in ads and advertisements for “emotional' health and fitness products that are only supposed to help us lose weight.
